Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At Raju Stationery Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care in packing and dispatching our products. However, in certain cases, we offer replacement or store credit as per the conditions mentioned below. By placing an order on our website, you agree to comply with this policy.

1️⃣ Return & Replacement Policy
  • We follow a Replacement / Store Credit Only Policy.

    Refunds are not offered, except where required by law.

  • Customers must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

  • Only products that are:

    • Incorrectly supplied

    • Damaged during transit

    • Defective at the time of delivery

      are eligible for replacement or store credit.

Proof Required (Mandatory)

To process your request, customers must share the following within 24 hours of receiving the parcel:

  1. Unboxing video (continuous video from sealed parcel opening)

  2. Clear product images showing damage/defect

  3. Outer parcel image

  4. Shipping label image

Failure to provide the above may result in rejection of the claim.

All requests are subject to verification by our Quality Check (QC) team.

2️⃣ Replacement & Store Credit Options
Replacement
  • Replacement will be issued for the same product, subject to stock availability.

  • If the same product is unavailable, customers may:

    • Choose an alternative product of equal or higher value (difference to be paid), or

    • Opt for store credit.

Store Credit
  • Store credit will be issued for the approved product value.

  • Store credit will be shared via coupon code.

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on future purchases.

3️⃣ Return Shipping
  • Reverse pickup is not available.

  • Customers are required to courier the product back to our designated address (shared after approval).

  • Products must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • With original packaging and invoice intact

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

4️⃣ Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, payment will be adjusted as store credit.

  • COD orders, once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

5️⃣ Important Conditions
  • Only one-time replacement or credit is allowed per order.

  • Shipping charges and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Minor variations in product color, packaging, or brand packaging updates are not considered defects.

  • Images on the website are for representation purposes; actual product appearance may vary slightly.

6️⃣ Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Bulk or special procurement orders

  • Discounted or clearance sale items

  • Consumables such as inks, toners, refills once opened

  • Electrical or electronic items without original packaging

7️⃣ Combo / Bundle Products

Products sold as combo packs or bundles must be returned in full.

Partial returns from combo offers are not accepted.

8️⃣ Processing Time
  • Replacement or store credit will be processed within 7–10 working days after QC approval of the returned product.

9️⃣ Communication & Approval
  • All return or replacement requests must be raised through our official contact details mentioned on the website.

  • Prior approval is mandatory before sending any product back.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

🔒 Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
