At Raju Stationery Mart, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand order processing, dispatch timelines, and delivery terms.

1️⃣ Order Processing & Dispatch
  • All orders placed on our website are processed and dispatched within 6–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Orders are processed on working days only, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability, order verification, or operational requirements.

2️⃣ Delivery Timeline
  • Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location and the courier partner.

  • In rare circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or regulatory restrictions—delivery timelines may be extended.

  • In such cases, Raju Stationery Mart will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery at the earliest possible time.

3️⃣ Shipping Coverage
  • We currently deliver within India only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

4️⃣ Order Modification & Cancellation by Company
  • Due to stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, logistical constraints, or unforeseen circumstances, Raju Stationery Mart reserves the right to:

    • Cancel the complete order or a part of the order, or

    • Modify shipment quantities.

  • In such cases, customers will be informed and the applicable amount will be:

    • Refunded to the original payment method, or

    • Issued as store credit, as applicable.

5️⃣ Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • Any additional charges such as Cash on Delivery (COD) fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

6️⃣ Address Accuracy
  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

  • Raju Stationery Mart shall not be responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
7️⃣ Damaged or Missing Shipments
  • If an order is received in a damaged condition or with missing items, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos or unboxing video, to enable resolution.

8️⃣ Policy Updates
  • Raju Stationery Mart reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
